There was hood clearance issues. Most of it was solved by lowering the radiator (summit brand) and cutting the supports of the hood out. lol
Not the best means but it sure got us by. Seeing as this was the cheapest most reliable project ever.
And last night I just picked up a 240 of my own. Its a 89 hatch. 5 spd. 103,XXX on it and runs like a top. Body rust $300. Not bad. Its fun. Nowhere nearly as fun as the 5.0 in the other 240.
