5 speed swap info needed!

Okay I finally got the ball rollin on the vert.I got a s14 5 speed motor and trans to swap in my car.I know I gotta swap manifold and the distributor because Im going to us the s13 engine harness but what do I do about the trans harness I dont have the s14 one all I have is the stock s13 auto one.Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I believe this is all you need for the trans. Most people just hook up reverse light, jump the wires for the top and that's about it. It should be same for your case.
