Close, but not correct.

The switch was in '94.

All '95-96 J30s have the the 6 bolt flange.

As for the ABS thing...it's 100% true on S14 SE Models.

Not true for the base, as you had the option for either ABS or VLSD independent of the other...

For S13...the only sure bet for VLSD is a HICAS equipped car.

Oh yeah...you can machine open diff output shafts to work, but you have to shorten them, cut a groove for the c-clip, then snap them in place.

Not a good option IMO.

Bah. I'm sorry.

I knew the switch off was in the mid 90's somewhere. In fact, all of the information I spewed was from your site. However I couldn't recall the url. Thanks for correcting me.
