There are rare times when I wished I still worked at a Nissan dealership. I could grab some keys and check one of the vehicles on the lot to verify things like this.
Might I suggest that as your vehicle is still under full manufacturers warranty, you try contacting your dealership and ask them if your car actually has this feature, and if so how to fix it.
I have a 2018 Rogue SV. I contacted the dealership and they said it should definitely have it. They suggested stopping by with the car. Will post the outcome at some point.
So I finally got the chance to stop by the dealership. The guy at the desk tried and it did not work. He then brought a technician over and he said that he thought that not all the Nissan cars had it. In particular, the ones that had auto down windows for the driver and passenger had it. Mine only had auto down window for the driver and he claimed that it doesn't have it. To prove is point, he tried it on a couple of other cars and said it behaved as he described (just driver auto down doesn't have it, driver/passenger auto down has it). They then looked it up the specs by my vin and the guy at the desk said he doesn't see it mentioned (although who knows if he missed it or it's just not documented for any car). Regardless, after all this, I'm inclined to believe that my $30K car, with auto start from remote and a bunch of other auto stuff, just doesn't have this feature.
If anyone has a 2018 (or 2017) Nissan Rogue (mine is an SV with the sound/moonroof package) with only driver side auto window and has the ability to open the window from the remote, please post here.
