I don't want to see this movie because I love movies. I don't think it would satisfy my criteria for what a good movie is. And I don't even care if the cars are ghey or slow or anything. I can watch a dumb movie and be entertained by just shutting my mind off, but the subject matter of this movie won't let me do that. I'm willing to bet your idea of a good movie is way different than mine. So tell me how good it realy is all you want, I don't care . . . unless your favorite all time movies are Cool Hand Luke, Amelie, and Angel Heart.

I don't want to see it because they crushed probably one of the best cars in the movie with an 18 wheeler.

ok.,... i'll admit it... i went and saw it... yes it is very unrealistic... but again.. its a movie... most movies are far fetched... jsut cuz this one has cars which is somehting we use in everyday life.. we can't expect it to be realistic... many other movies with car themes (driven, umm, ok cant think of others).. also have unrealistic sense of unpossible driving... this one had more of a story line then the first one... thats why it was better to watch.. i think it was less about cars.. they never really get into any of them in particular..

at least i got some good laughs in...

personally, i think it was an ok movie, the story was bad, so was a lot of the acting, but SOME of the cars were nice, and yea, if ur a ricer, u'll love it, if u know cars, u'll laugh or think WTF? i just hate the fact that they messed up a few skylines just for the movie. they converted a GTR into a rwd car, just so htey could make it drift..... and i saw the eclipse at the autpshow here in chicago, its butt ugly, the lancer is pretty cool, mainly cause its a lancer, and that exhaust flame stuff is rediculous (now kidns are gonna go on ebay and buy exhaust flame kits, cause they do exist)

i liked the skyline doing rwd drifts. camaros flying, and an evo driving at 120mph backwards on a highway. those made teh movie good. otherwise it was unrealistic.

OK OK OK OK, Now i gotta put my opinion in on this one. Let me start out by saying that I am probably older than the target audience for this movie. I even forced my fiance' to go with me because, I will admit, I liked the first one. Yes I admit it, I'm not embarrassed. Let me tell you guys why this movie is fun and worth going to see. Because it is only a movie. It is supposed to be unrealistic, do you want to know why.................? Because a story about some 17 year old kid saving his pizza delivery money to buy his next wing for his civic WOULD BE A BORING FREAKIN MOVIE ! ! At least with these movies you can pretend. Thats what movies are for. We ALL know that it is unrealistic, but that is the idea. Make things larger than life and let your mind fantacize. Try it, it's fun. O yeah, my fiance' who thinks this whole car thing is a big giant waste of our money, actually liked the movie. She will publically admit it too.

I saw the movie. I liked the movie. I'll buy it on DVD, just like I did with the first one.

Just saw it, holy s*** that movie rocked serious GARBAGE! Damn worst movie I ever seen I want my 8 bucks back. Plain terrible the only cars that should have been wrecked were the gay mitsu's. Every other god damn word was man, brah, and cuz, oh man scuse me while I vomit again. Movie was wrong in every way hell the first one was better.

I saw about 5 minutes of it and had enough. I watched the chase scene twixt Spyder 'Clipse/Evo 8 and Yenko/'Cuda. It irritated me because there seems to be this constant sophomoric thread of "import vs. domestic" in these movies, and import always wins with...almighty Nitrous Oxide. Sure. That's real.

pretty brainless stuff. I'm still p*ssed at the first movie for wrecking a Charger, that's just unforgivable. If my screenplay ever comes out, I am going to randomly wreck a Supra Turbo in the movie, just for revenge. :p

I resemble that remark.

Except for the wing, civic, and 17 part.

id say if u dont expect a plot at all and just want to see exterior modded cars race and crash as i did then its worth seeing. i think they could had worked on the story alot more. i think it would had been better if the movie had no plot at all and was just a whole bunch of underground street racing.

well its not about the extirier its whats under the hood that matters im not gonna pay money to see a car that looks race when all i have to do is step outside and look at the crap cars with kits on them like the civics that r way to over-rated and o forgot to mention the eclips lol. but thats my opinion

2 of my friends forced me to go, but i refused to pay for it. anyway, once i was in there i foiund my self laughing in frustration as white-boy O'Conner and the black dude pulled off crap that MacGuyver couldnt even do. afterwards i tried to explain to them why i wasnt really impressed with it, but that i did trhink it was better than the fiorst one. all in all it was still a waste of time, but it was better than watching dumb and dumberer. that really SUCKED!!

"it might as well be called "2 Slow 2 Tedious," since the script shows all the energy and sophistication of an old episode of TJ Hooker.":rotflmao

"The kingpin is eager to hire street racers to ferry his ill-gotten gains from one place to another, perhaps because brightly painted flame-shooting cars traveling at double the speed limit are unlikely to attract the attention of law enforcement. He might have done better with Buick-driving retirees, or carrier pigeons, but that would have been a different movie.":rotflmao

i don't understand some of the people who actually plunked down money to go see it. why support that crap? why go into the theater, hell, the same room, with a bunch of ricers? park in the same parking-lot with them? WHY? do you hate having free time THAT MUCH??

i was forced to watch the first one only a few months ago, and i didn't buy the dvd thankfully. it was a good laugh though.

the movie was a lot better then the first thats for sure!:D i didn't care so much for the stunts though, it's only a matter of time before you see someone in a dawoo driving backwards passing you at a red light giving you the finger screeming "HOW DO YOU LIKE THOUGHS APPLES!" right into traffic. :rolleyes the Skyline was the high light of the whole movie though. Even the small glimps of the 350 got me giddy inside. I love the way how it arrived at the races. that was phat. the plot was good, not great, but good. thank god they didn't talk about cars like in the first movie..:pface i did like the part when Paul was like hmmm "so which motor should i put into my skyline Ginos (or whatever he said) 16 or a Ginos 18 motor?" "uhhh ginos 18???" Paul, "funny i didn't know pizza shops made engines!" that was funny.

hmm i dunno i kinda liked the cars rampin' over each other and stuff.lol other then that it wasnt too bad.. ricers arent that bad either i have a few friends who are the so called "ricer" but think of it this way its just one more win at the track.. cuz the local strip by me doesnt put sport compacts up against full blown drag domestics so its hard to lose. and my car has a wing on it, its not a 14" aluminum double decker. i think its 4 or 5"'s. and its carbon fiber. it doesnt really hold too much of in aftermarket look. and my car has stickers too... but i dont think of my self is a ricer. i would of taken my moms honda if i was.;)

y'know why they switched to the Evo..

the movie is also a big advertisement/commericialized event. Mitsu's new Evo is concentrated on, as it new and they want people to buy them. Mitsu probably slipped some money to the producers in order to get good publicity

Uhhh... Right.. An SRT-4 is gonna beat a supra, skyline, or an evo.. Sure bro. And I'm not awake infront of a computer either. I'm dreaming about how my old 90' Pontiac with all of 115hp was faster then 5.0 mustangs.

The SRT-4 is fast. but it's not THAT fast.

if those cars were fixed up like real race cars instead of rice the neon could be a very potent car i think they should of had the 350z in the movie also thats a killer car right there or a vg30-dett powered 300zx now thats a awsome car.....:ylsuper

Yeah, I'm sure they made a law against that or something. Can't you just see it? A bunch of ricers at the movies, with their hoods open, just like the local Wal-Mart parking lot.:D
