28mm Calipers on 30mm rotors

35mm opening calipers take 30mm rotors30mm opening calipers take 26mm rotors

30mm Rotors on 28mm calipers does not make logical sense to me, unless you turn the 30mm down to 24mm. (3mm per front and back of the rotor)

When I started this I was talking about calipers made for 28mm rotors thats why and I was gonna put them on 350Z rotors (brembo package)

Then I relized that the SVT Cobra Mustang rotors pictured in my last post are already 28mm which matches what my Brembo calipers were made for.

I guess spring break is after next week so thats when I'll get it all installed if I figure out the back before then.

Ok let me know if the S14 is even close these aren't exact measurements because I was all alone and it was cold and windy these are VERY general.

I figure if its within an inch its worth looking into if not then o well.

I kinda wanna measure the s13 now I bet I can just narrow it down and use it to experiment with a TT diff.

I'd like to make a turbo diff fit a s13 and eventually put a light wieght v8 in my car. I mean its a long ways away for now but if its close enough then I'll save it instead of scrapping it.

Then again I would like to try to make a subframe outta chromemoly tubing too. so I could steal the geometry from this always easier to work with an extra part you don't need.
