I figure I'll go for them anyway once I sell a few more parts. I'll eventually pick up a set of 180sx sideskirts or something similar so the fenders won't look so out of place.

I'd like to do that, or trade my suspension setup for a set of coilovers. Then I'll drop the damn car and roll them fenders like there's no tomorrow.

Wow, looking at some of these other cars, it looks like I can easily hide 2 or so inches of fender gap if I were to go that route.

I should rephrase my question:

Are there any pictures of fender flares with s13s on a spring/ strut combo?

I like those rear quarter pieces, underneath the park lights. ANyone know who makes those. I've come to the conclusion that those sorts of pieces are the hardest to find body pieces for the s13.

I don't want the ugly jdm optional ones that have the curved down lip and fugly bumper piece.

I really don't like that black zenki. The back just look like a huge bulge. Are there any companies that make flares like those on the g35, as in smooth and actually flows with the body line. Not like someone just threw a piece of plastic out the window it somehow wound up on a 240.

I'm digging the rear fenders on that black S14. I hate to see the line between add on flares and the rest of the quarter panel. That car was done right!

Also seen in May 2007 edition of SuperStreet, only in silver instead of orange. The caption for the car in this edition is "Dai Inada, the Option equivalent of our Nadsy (except he can drive), loves the 180sx so much he decided to release his own special version. For a fairly low price, you can get the 180 with a Z33 front end, a G35 rear and a body kit to match."

There is no further information in the issue as to the availability. I could not find anything on Google except that one forum post of pictures.

For the record, I do not like the G35 tails or the Z33 front. I do however like the fender flares and would love to see someone not only find them, but implement them to a stock 240sx rear end somehow.

The only good looking part on that car is the flow of the flare into the body line. Why can't they make that for normal 240s? How hard can it be?

For those still wondering about those rear skirts on the red J-Spec/Rotora S13 are Nismo/Nismo style. Sides appear to be as well... I love that car.

I would personally call it a bulge, but technically it's just a wide fender. Flares are defined by the crease. Look at a g35; that is a flare. Wide fenders are not the same as flares. Saying they are the same is like saying a hatchback and a coupe are the same...

Black Zenki most likely is the BN Sports S14 Blister kit...at least on the rears, because it's the only bulge kit for the S14 that I've seen that goes that HUGE...70mm IIRC from when I looked into getting it from Rare Trick about a year ago.

There is such thing as too big. The fat *** of those QP mess up the lines of the door, especially from certain angles. I think the 30mm ones are OK, I wish Nissan just designed the car 30mm wider on both sides cause it would of looked alot better.
