Give the search button a good old click. There are many options as far as S chassis brake upgrades go.

Its been discussed.

Keep in mind that your brakes are only as good as your tires. If you can lock your wheels with your stock brakes, then you can't stop any faster with better brakes. Better brakes would only prevent brake fade in the case of overheating or constant use.

That said, it's a great upgrade if your stock brakes are shot anyway. Overkill is never a bad idea.

good choice i have had them 4ever on my s-14's and on my wife's s-13 you can get a fully loaded set of calipers from autozone for about 200 and the rotors are 45 a peice and the best part is they have lifetime warrenties on the calipers and they bolt right up

There's also just getting better brake pads, brake fluid, and potentially better tires.

z brakes are nice, but it's overkill for 99% of people who have them/want them.

You can probably find the calipers on Ebay for $200 range. $100 for the brake line conversion. Then you have your rotors to buy and new brake pads. You could also stand to get the brake booster from an automatic s14 and/or the master brake cylinder from the 300zx. I have this conversion and I run ATE rotors and Hawk street performance pads and my car feels pretty good. I did not do the rear caliper swap but have not noticed any instances of the rear locking up first like some people have claimed.
