However... a roll cage is ONLY safe if you're wearing a HELMET! What happens in an accident where, instead of hitting your head against some part of the car's interior, you clock it against the roll cage? Ever made scrambled eggs? Crack. There is NO DOUBT that a roll cage will save lives on the TRACK, but in a street driven car, all you're really doing is adding hard metal objects to the cabin.
... thats why people wrap the roll cage in foam

kinda like people used to do on their bikes on the top tube and on the fork stem (hehe... called them nard guards... to save the "nards")

Let me guess it looks like a camry?? At least I have come to terms with how ugly it is and not try to make it look aesthetically more appealing.

So do you think that the 3 Fast 3 Freaking gay ******* **** **** * * ** * ** *** * * * * * * * ************************** movie is going to raise the price of 240s in and around North Carolina? I sure hope not, because I’ve caught the 240 bug and I’m excited about getting one.

Ps: Im probrably going to go see it, lol

Stoggs, I'm going to go against the grain and say that it is not FnF3 that's going to raise prices, but people's unrealistic expetations of what they're worth. Already, the price of a decent 240sx is DOUBLE its blue book value here in CA, and I'm sure that's not going to change any time soon.

Regardless of what people say, the 240sx is worth whatever you're willing to pay for it. I didn't get a great deal when I bought mine, but you know what? I still love the car and don't regret it for a minute. Shell out the extra cash and get yourself something decent.

I wish you good luck.

And tips on finding a 240 for cheap.1. look everywhere. Under your couch, people back yards, hell if you see one that looks like its daily driven by a driver with no worry of performance just ask if they would sell.2. Keep looking, dont settle on something less because you cant find what you want. (a buddy of mine did that and now he drives a del sol)

If you are still wandering about how safe the 240sx (S13) is here is a good idea.

Man, that guy's car got pretty screwed up. It looked like it took all the damage and barely scratched the interior. They seem like pretty hearty cars, they are safe enough for me, I just wanted to compare the two. And, no ~4N~, I am not planning on wreaking it, you just never know about other drivers...
