Hi Cadaverdog, thanks for making a thread. I'm surprised someone hasn't chimed in with some experience. So, I've done a little research on the issue in an attempt to help out. I don't have personal experience exactly. I do have an S14 and I have swapped out my differential internals and the output shafts, so I have run into the variety of output shaft lengths, splines and flange patterns. It seems like you could take the internals from the J30 LSD and put them into the current pumpkin with the current 240sx output flanges and axles. Alternatively, it seems like you could use the J30 pumpkin, but would need the 240sx ABS driveshaft, the 240sx rear cover (I think, might just be for S13) and J30 axles (due to a different length). I'd try to swap internals I think.
