Really dont need the offset if you are doing muti piece. Tell them what you want and they will tell you ya or nay on the fitment.

Take my advice,

YOU WILL MESS UP YOUR RIDE!I bought a set in Jan 08, 2 of them were cracked by April. I had to buy a new set, but by December, the tires were so messed up that I took the rims off and sold them for 800.00 after buying them for 1800 in April. I put the old set back on with new tires and 2 more cracked. I have replaced both inner tire rods and 1 outer tire ride and my car has less than 100 k miles. The car looks really nice with 22's, but if you dont want the troubles, stay with 20's max.

^Sometimes you write some off the wall stuff that makes me lmao... there's no threads on facebook to begin with. 2nd, This thread doesnt have any real valuabe information sans for a thing or 2 that I might've overlooked, 3rd, Nobody ever intended for facebook to be a "forum" and it was just a way to put a face on some people like you and me for instance. 4th, Facebook is a fad that who knows when will start declining just like myspace, hi5, etc. 5th, Facebook is good for some people that would otherwise not even post on this forum and it's also good if you're in a situation where you need a good straight up answer right away, like Gmo's the other day, remember? Lastly, I've tried to create cohesion on here, as that's my military nature, by even starting the off topic thread and only a handful of people use it, yet people complain how the M forums are so slow... yet dont want to participate... :gotme Now, I dont even know what got Fred to write all that stuff that day but there's nothing valuable on the facebook group... if so, what? pictures of Samay painting his wheels? He obviously just posted them up for the sake of posting on facebook, the "How to burn a navteq DVD? If I post that on here it would be taken down before I even click "submit." lol...

I only posted that comment to remind you of that guy who posted the message on facebook... Fred, like you said. It means nothing to me, you see I didn't go into great detail about it... I just knew you would know what I was talking about and get a laugh out of it.. It's all good though bro..nothing a nice bottle of Johnnie Walker gold label can't take care of right?? Am I right or wut?? So we kool? Ok!

He never provided offsets of this set up! He has another thread where he posted more pics but as far as dimensions he only went as far as saying these were CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER, 22"x9" 22"x10.5" rear!! Plus this thread is old and many of these guys have stopped coming to this site... :gotme I know some camber and stretched tires play a key role in fitment as well!!

I read another post where he said he did not know the true offset.. and that he was just "guessing"..

ahh..

I am just going with 22x9 +38 offset front and rear.. From the research that I did.. .. it will be perfect flush (245/30/22)

I was going stagger the rears with a 22x10.5 and a +45.. (from my research it looks to be what I would have to do.. but I would need to use a 265/30/22 and stretch the tire for it to fit.

but I guess its just not worth it because it wont give me much more concave on the wheels I chose.

Ace "mesh7" in hyper silver color.

Here are the wheels I ended up going with...

(these are not mounted.. they are just laying on curb next to my car .. which is why the tires look like there are none.. (because there isn't haha).

All my wheels on my other vehicles have been either a 5 or 6 star.. with usually black centers and always have had a lip.

I wanted to get a mesh style this time with no lip..

PIcked these... Ace Mesh7 wheels with continental DWS tires 245/30/22.. They are very very light weight and I bet weigh less than my stock chromies.

I know most dont like 22's on our cars.. but I hate when big wheel wells are not filled and we do have some large wheel wells! Plus .. I didn't want to have to do suspension drop to make a 20" look "correct"..

My next mod is either custom Brembo front and rear setup.. or akebono.. 14" front/rear

Oh Yea.. 22x9 +38 offset (245/30/22) all the way around is what I picked. I was planning on doing a staggered setup with 22x10.5" with a +45offset rear and a slightly stretched 265/30/22 at first..but with our offsets..it really wouldnt be worth it and wouldnt give me much stagger or concave at all..plus I would rather be able to rotate tires instead

Staggered setup 22x10.5 (rear) 22x9.5 Front. 245/30/22 all around. Not sure about offset - Custom made by Asanti. Lowered on Tanabe Springs
