Hi, new user from Victoria Canada. I.m looking at a '95 240sx that has 20mm wheel spacers. I heard these can cook wheel bearing as the loads are no longer balanced. Opinions and wisdom needed. Thanks.

Any time you increase scrub radius (the distance between the center of the tires contact patch, and the center line of the steering axis) you increase the load on the wheel bearing. Whether you do it with wider wheels, lower offset wheels, or spacers, the end result is the same. 20 mm isn't that much, but it depends what the specs are on the wheels. I ran wide low offset wheels on my S14 for 2 years, there were 213,000 miles on the car when I sold it, and it still had tight stock wheel bearings.

If you are worried about the spacers, take them off, but I wouldnt let it bother me.
