James,

I'm interested in installing a 20mm swaybar on my Q. Any chance you could give me the part numbers, or buy 2 sets and I'll send you the money?

Thanks,Darren

half a mm? do you realize how little that really is? You could just get some graphite tape or something and put it around the bar to help take up the slop if your concerned about it...

I doubt the bushings are made to that kind of tolerance in the first place.

I took 2 oem 20mm rubber bushings and bored them out to 24mm to replace the urethane to minimize harshness.

Everything sold is not plug and play and often requires some personal optimization.

The bushing that James is ordering are most likely Poly or what material James I asked because Darren is asking and might not know that these are performance aftermarket which will make for a much stiffer rear and more wear and tear on tires especially on high speed curves with less tire roll-over! This is different from tire to tire compound. James is a performance guy and has more HP and more torque and Darren is probably just looking for the benefits of the stock rear bar!

Exactly

I didn't think that urethane would make the ride much harder.

James - nix my idea for the bushings. I'll probably go through Joe for this.

I need a few other oem parts from him anyway.

yes poly from energy suspension.Call there and Lisa will take care of u 800-291-5340. the greasable brackets they sell do fit the mounting holes on the Q. or u can just buy the bushing itself.
