We were looking for a copy of the diagram for the taillight wiring. We bought a Nissan Versa 2024 and are trying to install our towing gear. We were able to take the taillight apart, but we can't figure out what wire is for what. We have 4 colors (red, gray, green, yellow) on the driver side and 4 colors (red, gray, pink, purple) on the passenger side. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You can't go by the wire colors connecting to the bulbs, that's a subharness and can be any wire colors the lamp manufacturer chooses. You need to look at where the subharness connects to the car harness.

For the left side:
Red - Stop
Violet - Park
Pink - Directional
Gray - Ground

For the right side:
Red - Stop
Green - Park
Yellow - Directional
Gray - Ground

Can you please send the diagram to me as well? I am installing a simple after market keyless entry and I just need the unlock/lock buttons to work. The brand I purchased is a Banvie. I am also having issues removing the bottom dash panel for easier access to the BCM controller. I believe your earlier post shared its pins 53 and 71 but it’s a pain trying to test them in such a tight space. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The lower dash isn't complicated, but you do need too pry the end panel off the dash before the lower panel will come loose. Other than that it's just the two screws holding the release lever (10mm hex), then the lower panel pops loose.

I'll need your email to share a PDF, but I strongly recommend finding the Accessory Pre-Wire connector under the driver's dash, then get a standard accessory connector (Nissan p/n T99F6-4RA0A) and use that for hookups. Ground is also on the connector (pin 12, not shown below). That way you can avoid messing with (and risking damage to) the car wiring.
