Ok, I sat in one of these at my local dealer just a few days ago. Gotta' say I'm not so impressed with the exterior look. Makes me think of a Toyota Sequoya. Not that I hate the visual appearance of the new QX so much, but I just hate my vehicle looking just like everything else on the road these days. That said, the interior is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

My local dealership didn't have any out on display and had just received the shipment so they allowed me to venture back into their shop to have a peek. I didn't get to spend a lot of time in it, but it was pretty loaded. I certainly can't wait to take one for a bit of a test drive. I really love my current '08 QX and not sure I'm interested in a trade-in just yet. I'm a little disheartened that they've removed the memory card reader as I use that feature constantly in my current model. It also appears that they've downgraded the internal hard drive size. These are features that have always gotten a "WOW!" from my passengers, and that I've always used...so I'm disappointed if they've removed them. But it does look like they're including a USB port, so maybe that will soften the blow a bit as long as I can play music directly from my USB drives.

The only other thing that worried me just a bit is that the service guy told me these things are going to run around the $80k mark, not the as-advertised "same as the current QX pricing". I haven't done much more research on this thing that what's been mentioned here, but as stated before, I think I'll continue to enjoy my current '08 for a few more years before I'm interested in this "upgrade".

Always nice to see the new stuff being introduced though.

Not sure why you would be told this when this vehicle has been available for 2 weeks already.

Pricing "starts" around the same are as the current QX which is around 56k/59k (4WD) and loaded goes up to around $72k. Not quite $80k.
