No camping is allowed on the fairgrounds.zapracing wrote:ill be there i hope my car will stay running longer this year ill get my woman to post up here as well. and do you know if we can camp there i dont want to pay for a hotel?
you're on the list. Although there is no camping at the fairgrounds, there are alternatives. There might be some NICOnauts willing to share their rooms to help reduce costs. There are also a few campgrounds in the Carlisle area, There are also some inexpensive motels on Carlisle Pike, like Motel6 that advertise $29.99 rooms.zapracing wrote:ill be there i hope my car will stay running longer this year ill get my woman to post up here as well. and do you know if we can camp there i dont want to pay for a hotel?
Most people are staying at the Holiday Inn in Mechanicsburg. It's what you might call, the "party" hotel.Initial_R90 wrote:I'll be there with other I think where's everyone staying ?
You're on the list. just to clarify, are you planning to bring someone with you? If so, I'll need their name so they get into the paddock free too.Initial_R90 wrote:I'll be there with other I think where's everyone staying ?
It'll be a mixture. Those travelling a long distance will likely arrive Friday afternoon/evening and check out Sunday morning.Initial_R90 wrote:everyone gonna be there friday night into sat or just staying sat into sunday
Not sure. Your link did not give an address. There's more than one holiday inn in the area. I listed the address/ phone number a few posts ago so you can double check when you make your reservation.
Make sure they either post here or I get their full names.Initial_R90 wrote:as far the line whos coming with my it will probly be my girlfriend and her brother and some other friends but I'll tell them to get on this
Welcome , you're on the list. And M2000 is fine. But currently, we're only allowing passengers in staff cars.Al_sta89 wrote:I'll be there, spectating - also wanted to check about riding with Neal Zabiegalski (zapracing)?I have a M2000 approved helmet - I ride with him at Summit Point all the time
I'm sorry, but no. We're grateful for all volunteer help. In fact we can't operate this event without most folks lending a hand, but volunteering does not mean becoming staff.zapracing wrote:oh well can i be staff then? im down for doing tech if you need someone
Thanks.zapracing wrote:well i can still help tech if you need me
Thanks! By currently, do you mean that it is subject to change, or nah?Just wondering - either way should still be fun!Bubba1 wrote:

I don't want to give any false hope, assume it's "nah".Al_sta89 wrote:

They're all on the list, thanks. A lot of people are staying at the Holiday Inn West - Mechanicsburg, about 20 min from the fairgrounds. There are many of places to stay along Carlisle Pike, all price ranges. If you're interested in the Holiday Inn West, the info is on page 7 of this thread.jdmda14 wrote:keven taylor, aubrey getts, rob papadem..
