Confirmed-the 2009 G37 Coupe will be AWD.

Also, sedan will become G37.

This is not rumor.

So ask them when the G50 will be out? And when the 7AT is coming to the G35/7/50

I have to admit that I am surprised that my posting did not create more of a stir. Maybe people are passing it off as rumor-I can assure you this not rumor.

I think alot of people are a lil skeptical... is the all wheel drive an option? Or standard for all Coupes??

Strange...it would be the first model year for an all-wheel drive coupe. Sure, lets add a few hundred more pounds to the already heavy car...I hope if it's true, that its an option.

I'm more interested in a "G50" with 400+HP.

Sorry Captain, but I'm a little skeptical myself... Not that I don't trust you, but since you can't reveal a source, I'm a little iffy. Time will tell. I'm with Joe... I think it will just be a heavier version of the 37 as it is...

By the way... how's tenille these days?

Yeah I can't see it being the olny version....i mean the 335 does have an awd version, but all the performance is done via the rwd only one. It wouldn't surprise me for them to come out with a G37x just to compete with that small segment, but i can't see all of the G37's being that way. Now i could see RAS becoming a standard thing for all models, if that's not already the case.

I believe it will be an option. I guess i need more posts to have more credit with the community. I will just have to post an "I told you so" once this is officially announced. Just trying to keep my fellow G-ers in the know.

Convertible is confirmed as well.

Now your stepping over the line...would be the first 'vert in G35 trim.

You're right, you need more posts to have any credit....or a simple link. Otherwise I have a 1100HP quad turbo monster with JATO rockets in my G35...

I've seen that on a mini-van!!!

I heard recently that the chassis were stiffened and weight was lossed. I think that was in a 350Z forum. Can anybody confirm that?

It's not post count. It's the lack of source. Tell where this info is coming from, and you may have credibility...

It's simple, if you want people to believe you, it has to come from a more reliable source than just an average anybody on some forum, which is what you appear to be. I'm not saying you are, but that's the impression you give.

If you have a source that you truly can't reveal, and it is accurate, and are itching to tell it to somebody, here's what I would recommend in the future:

Email an admin, explain who you are, what your source is, etc etc. Then, if it truly can't be revealed, tell us, and we can essentially post up the same thing you just did. Coming from an admin, or moderator, it will come off as a much more credible "rumor". As admins and moderators of the largest all-Nissan site on the web, we all have "sources" that lend us information beyond what your average person may know. Some are much more credible than others.

Sorry, I can't reveal my source to anyone...

Either way, thought you might enjoy the info but I understand your comments as most of these types of postings are BS and rumors. I guess we will have to wait until Nissan confirms.

It would be interesting if the AWD will be A/T or M/T

I guess will see. Most likely A/T.

The G37 sedan is already available in Europe. You can google "2009 G37 Sedan" and you'll probably hit it.

Yup, I read that posting a few weeks back-but as we all sadly know, the US does not always get European spec cars.

Boy's, he seems pretty dedicated to his "conviction" that he know's what is to come... I'm not trying to "out" you Capo, but I like the cut of your jib! You seem very confident about your facts.

You're gaining points in my book, but again, time will tell...
