2003 g35 I heard it knocking

I drove the car then it started making a knocking noise I check the oil it was like close to the max I put some more in drove it to me place was 5 mins away the next day I thought I need a new engine so I drove it to the storage place to store on the way the knocking stop is this men I need a new engine

Hard to say without actually hearing the noise. There are lots of things that can make funny noises, I'd recommend taking it to a qualified professional.
