I'm not really sure on the flush prices. Last time I did mine, I worked at a dealership that would let me use the equipment for free on the weekends...so all I had to do was purchase the fluid (approximately 12 quarts). I would estimate in the neighborhood of $150.
To change the fuel filter:1. Disconnect the fuel pump fuse.2. Crank/run the motor until it stalls.3. Disconnect the input and output hoses from the fuel filter (located on the firewall near the brake master cylinder).4. Replace the filter, making sure the directional flow (usually indicated by an arrow on the filter) is going the correct way.5. Tighten the hose clamps (if you have worm clamps).6. Replace the fuel pump fuse.7. Crank the motor in 10 second intervals (so you don't burn up the starter).8. Once the engine runs, check for leaks.9. Drink beer and pat yourself on the back.
