vega240sx wrote:thanks, but is not a scream ricer,,, is ,why you always talk or critize others people cars,,I though this was a nissan family forum page where all 240sx silvia watever etc, get together and show your style and rides,,talk when somebody come with a honda or suzuki car,,,,great job on putting a sr20 engine on..you did have the time and money,,I dont..
Your right, its a forum. Everyone has their own opinions.

Haha, time and money. I'm a broke college student and have managed to set some funds aside for my car. And because I have to manage my funds and I go to a university out of my hometown, I rarely have time during the semester to mess with it... it's been a slow process. It should be in the paint booth in about a month, and guess who's painting it? Your's truly.

I'm not raggin' on your setup, but I do disagree with your poor choice of wheels, monster tach, hot wheels paint scheme, and hideous looking bumper. Again, my opinion.

If you don't want to criticism, put your car in the garage and keep it to yourself. No matter how nice or ugly it is someone else is going to disagree, that's life.

That's actually the only picture I have of my car now and it's actually really old from when I first got it. It's not even lowered in that pic.

These are all olds pics. Car is currently stripped and nearly ready for the paint booth. Keep in mind, I still need to clean up the interior, but I'll do that after paint. Also, the car now has 5zigen FN01R-Cs 17x9 all the way around.

It's a work in progress. Luckily, this semester ends in 2 weeks so I'll be back to work and finishing it up

Interesting setup, but the styling of the car just screams ricer.
It's because he has a supercharger so everyones all like OOOOooOooO, just thinking about that not the rest of the car. Only problem I have are the front lights, and the spoiler. Seriously bro are you goin fast enough for it ? In the end it's not tobad.

interesting........

the fogs light wannabie HLs need to go as well and the tac that looks to be larger than my head.(not going to be fun smashing your face into it in the event of crash either). the wing and tail lights are WAY over stated. the multi colored engine bay is kind odd to me, but w/e floats your boat I suppose.

I do like the s/c idea. props for doing something different. a small(even SM) IC would probably yeild a few more ponies......

I would think the looping would be from the upgraded injectors or maybe the s/c without any engine management. atleast a SAFC......

+1 for the innovative supercharger and ka24e set up+1 for the excellent restoration of a former turd+1 for the lights and paint <3-1 for the s14 silvia badge on the front-1 for the spoiler-1 for the reversed s14 side markers on the bumpers

Clean up the car and get rid of that ricer crap and you have a very clean s13. I'm not trying to flame you but if you post pics expect to be critiqued.

I really want to see a write up on your supercharger set up though.

so is this a KA24E-S? I always wanted to supercharge the car but had no idea how... lets get a write up! how much did you spend on the supercharge project? I agree with the others about the exterior though, jsut very flashy for most of the people's taste on this forum, but props for taking a shell and making it a s/c powered ka24e.

I'd say the front bumper and wing looks ricey, but you can't really say that the fog lights for headlights is rice, it's custom so it took time and effort, not like buying the gay ebay kit. The tails look like they took some effort also, not everyone's style but at least they aren't wannabe stickers on the stock lights making them "appear" to look like skyline lights. I think the rims are ok, they could just be a little more flush with the fenders, not everyone can afford to spend to grand on just the wheels, then $600 on tires, and then camber kits, top notch coilovers, etc. There's nothing wrong I feel with his tach, the rest of the interior looks pretty stock. If there were 5-10 giant gauges all over the place then I'd call rice. Run that badboy at 10psi...I'd drool all over my keyboard. I like the sc mounting location, as long as you're keeping everything shielded from the heat as much as possible.

I have 3 weeks left in the quarter. Then I'm taking 2 five week summer quarters back to back and an 8 week summer semester at the same time.....

I just can't wait to get back to NY so I can start tearing my car apart again.

Am I the only one thats wondering why the TB is after the charger? On 90% of the charged cars I see, the TB is before the charger or actually part of the charger. It also seems to be blowing alot of air out of the side, as if it isnt even hooked to the intake pipe. But maybe I just look too hard?
