1990 240sx s13 brake conversion using 300zx brakes

I have a 1990 s13 hatch 240sx with 4 lug hubs

I want advice from someone who has performed this conversion. I would like to know if it is a simple as changing the hubs on the car to 5 lugs, Then just sliding the rotors on and bolting the calipers on.

Is there any tricks with the brake lines or any details?
