Hey did you guys know that Nissan designed the 240sx/180sx/200sx as an automobile and not as a military ocean vessel?

Don't know if you knew that, so I just wanted to let you know.

right now im looking at some 17in xxr 962's

but when i go 5 lug im probably going to join the mb battle bandwagon. mb battles just go along with the battleship look so well.

but before im selling it im getting rid of the battleship look and just going to go get it professionally painted black with gold flakes

so i havnt updated in awhile. this is pretty much how it sits right now

Image

it runs and drives just fine,
i never drive it though for the fact that its on steelies and stock front springs. the strunt and spring i got turned out blowing in the front so i had to stick the OEM back on.
and now im selling all my left over car parts to but some ok wheels (400-800), then get some spacers because if i spend that much on wheels theyl probly have bad offset for widebody

The copper looks a lot better IMHO
Your posts are so blunt, do you do any prep work for paint or do you literally just spray it?

sorry that they are blunt, i hate reading when people write alot with few pictures so i try not to do it,
yes i did do prep work, i wet sanded from 60 grade to 100 to 150, then i ran out of sand paper. so i dryed it all off and grabbed a can of Dupli Color copper with metal flakes and sprayed it with 3 quick coats and called it good. im loving the color and its really attention grabbing color so im going to stick with it,
now the only decision i have left is weather to paint the the hood/roof/trunk gloss black or paint it all copper. im getting black wheels so i dont know what would look best.

i dont want a visible exhaust, cops around here love writing tickets for modified exhaust . so i dont feel like getting pulled over all the time for it, it looks stock so im happy

I was thinking to do something like this when I get my 240, right now I don't have a job yet, I'm waiting on a job then I can save up for my 240 but this looks great I love the color scheme too, I think in the rear bumper you should bondo that hole. keep on keepin on.
I'm in highschool too by the way.

so i went another route with my car, i painted it black and put it low. I found some 0 offset wheels theyre 7in wide in the front and 8in in the back. I dont really care for them, its just nice not having +43 with widebody

lowered
Image

needs more lower in the back FOR SURE.

painting the wheels black soon to blend them in.
