Hi, I just got 18-8.5 Front, 18-9.5 Back wheels and NOW I need tires so I was thinking of getting 225-35-18 F, 255-35-18 Back ,but somebody told me to get 225-40-18F and 255-35-18 Back. So If I get 40 series in the front will the front be thiker than the back with 35's. Because I DONT want the Front to RUB THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP jcbravos14

Wow, slow down. Deep breaths.

First off, wheel/suspension questions go in the wheel/suspension forum.zeroforum/140

Secondly, read every sticky at the top of that forum. Youll see that you need to post -all- relevant information when asking for advice on tire sizes.

Why make one thread when you can make three?! (and post them in the wrong section each time no less!)

Find out the offset of the wheels.Bolt one on the car with no tire and see how much suspension clearance you have.

That'll pretty much tell you what tire you can run. Any rubbing problems you encounter when you set the car down on the new wheel/tire combo will likely be with the fender liner, which should be chucked anyway.
