17" and 18" rims. what off set?

say the fronts are 17x7 and rear is 17x8.5 or 9"

or

18x8 front 18x9.5 rear.

can these fit on a 96 240 SE?

Width wise, they sound fine. But in order to give an accurate answer, we need to know the offset of the wheels...

yeah, thanks for the link, but i was just wanting a suggested off set on 17x7 front, 17x8 rear or 9.

You should stagger the front vs rear widths TOO much. An 1-1.5" difference in wheel with has been deemed acceptable. So I think you should go with 17x7F 17x8R or 17x8F 17x9R. The second combo would be my personal choice.

Keep the offsets between 20-35mm and you shouldnt have any problems.
