I'd rather have a nx2000 det'd than a s13 det'd now. They are lighter and faster.

yea, they're a lil lighter, but then you're stuck with FWD, and i prefer RWD

I would prefer the NX2K for one simple reason:

The B13/B14 SE-R/NX enthusiasts are more fun and more knowledgeable than most of the S13/S14 enthusiasts. There are exceptions to both, but that is the general case.

that i must agree with as most s13/s14 owners are teenagers who think they can just hop in and go D1, and then smack a tree, however their are quite a few teenage 24o enthusiastists here that are true enthusiastists, not just cauhgt up in the trend

Yeah, and ironically, most B13/B14 owners are older (late 20's+) and usually drive their Sentra as their toy car, and their Mercedes as their daily driver. They are the type who like 500 HP sleepers. Not just stock looking sleepers, but econobox sleepers.

Sadly, the B15 community, for the most part, is much like the S13/S14 community. I am proud to say though, that I am a B15 owner that fits more into the B13/B14 community (even though it's my only car).

This all was very clear at the 03 se-r convention this year. Only 4 B15 SE-R's, with probably about 60 B13/B14 and B15 SE's. You would think, by the name of the convention, that many Spec V owners would be there. Guess most of them are "too good" to hang with the older SE-R folks. I guess I was just grandfathered into the B13/B14 community since I used to own a B14.

Despite the body roll (I'm not a drag racer), I dig my B14.

Although, I really would like to try an S13 / 180SX project car next.

When I had my B13 SE-R, I use to run 15.3's with a muffler shop cat back exhaust and hotshot air intake. When I added the headers it droped down to 14.8 but the car was harder to launch with it's new found power. I never turbo charged it but my friends ran a 13.07@111 on street tires check it out http://www.protech-fabrication.com/Mike15psi.wmv save as plz.

I agree with the statement that 13 drivers are older and use their cars for the weekend.

I fall into this stereotype perfectly. I have a 1991 se-r with a GTir swap, disco potato turbo upgrade, 907cc injectors and a 50shot of nitrous. That is good for weekends, but my daily driver is a 2001 BMW 330ci with minor mods from Dinan.

i would sell my BMW before the classic. I love that car.
