Yeah, stick with stock. There's no performance improvement.

Did mines couple months back. I used the fsm from nico. Fyi. I never changed out a radiator before now. Just remember to take out the coolant reservoir off. That way u can manuever the radiator out.

I wouldn't sweat it. Infiniti filters come pre oiled, similar to a K&N, so as long as you keep it clean you'll be fine. In addition, those repairs seem pretty normal. My 06 just turned 206k, and has had a few issues, most recently being the steering rack. At that mileage, you really can't be too upset. As an Infiniti tech, Infiniti parts can be expensive. I've found that gator back belts last much longer than Nissan belts, and don't ever pay for Infinti rotors. You can get after markets with the same quality for half the money. I will suggest using Infiniti pads, as brake squeak seems to be a common occurrence when after markets are used. When doing spark plugs at that mileage, be aware that the spark plug tube seals on the valve covers will more than likely be leaking, and are not serviceable without replacing the valve cover. It's usually the #3 and #6 that leak the worst.
My struts are still original, but are horribly worn and the car rides terribly. I have a set of BC coilovers I ordered on Black Friday that I'm waiting for.
