02 Pathfinder Door Panel/Bose stereo removal help...

Anyone know how to get these off??
I'm wanting to apply Dynamat to all 4 doors, as well as some new speakers, but can't seem to find much google results
for this process. I saw one result on here, but no pics or any in depth description.
Does anyone have any pics that would help?
I have an '02 Pathfinder LE with the Bose factory system (not sure if that is any different from other models).
