You want one, but wont buy one because what people would think....troskinatior wrote:Miata- i would like one but its a girls car but i heard the handling is great

Stop being a f***ing woman.
Are you trying to buy popularity, or a good car?
Actually the person defines the person, and your a tool.troskinatior wrote:i really want a toyota starlet but there hard to find

An s14 kouki is certainly worth between $4k-$9k. What are you smoking? And exactly what is a 300zx too heavy for? Just add power and torque...troskinatior wrote:240sx- i dont think its worth that much money300zx-to heavy

It's wheelbase and wieght are almost almost exactly the same as the AE86, but it's looks are lightyears ahead of the Hachi Roku. So what's the problem here?troskinatior wrote: it has a small wheel base
I looked into MR2's recently. They are very good cars, but the mid-engine layout is pretty difficult to work on, most say...PyR0NiAk wrote:+1 If I were to go non-nissan, that would be the next car I would look for.
I actually looked into Miata's recently too. The general consensus is that you can build a better turbo MX5 for cheaper than a MS version.HashiriyaS14 wrote:Get a factory turbocharged Mazdaspeed Miata.
You can find that for $9k. It'll be the most fun car in your price range, save PERHAPS the S2k.
ya i know the s14 kouki is worth that amount of money but what i meant is that i dont wanna spend that much money on a car that has 160hp.the 300zx is to heavy so the handling isnt the greatest and if i did get it i couldnt add that much hp cuz i would barley have any money left.ya the miata is almost the same as a ae86 but the ae86 is cheapersimmode1 wrote:

If it was just going to go exactly where you had planned, what would be the point in making in the first place?troskinatior wrote:this thread isnt going as planed
everyones telling me to get certin cars but when i say no people freak out and call me a dumb and i dont know what im talking about
so all i want is some good cars in this price range that i might of missed. for example i totaly forgot about the gs400 and the wrx

The MSM isn't a very good car, really. He's better off buying an NB and a Flyin' Miata catalog.HashiriyaS14 wrote:Get a factory turbocharged Mazdaspeed Miata.

My profuse thanks for that nugget of wisdom, but I figure that anyone who was making a thread like this probably isn't going to actually execute on fitting aftermarket FI onto any car.charlieo wrote:The MSM isn't a very good car, really. He's better off buying an NB and a Flyin' Miata catalog.

You're welcome! The stocker I drove felt heavy, laggy, and the intercooler was easily overwhelmed. Apparently that can be fixed with some bolt-ons though, but still, for the premium a MSM fetches, you could buy a 99 R and an FM turbo kit.HashiriyaS14 wrote:

Hence the MSM. May not be the very best solution, but it's an easy solution, and compared to a lot of other choices, it's still a lot of fun.
what dont you like about it?simmode1 wrote:
