Transformers 2 was such a disappointment. The first one had more than enough plot holes, and instead of trying to fill them up Michael Bay created a plot trench worthy of the French country side during WW1. Nothing in the movie made sense, from the haphazard mention of Energon to the Matrix of Leadership. The characters were horribly distorted into stereotypes and cliches. Why was Star Scream, the second to Megatron, a groveling hunchback? Why was Jet Fire, second to Optimus Prime, an old fart? What the hell were they thinking when making the two stereotypically black/ghetto hatchback robots? The worst thing by far however was the rampant use of lame humor. I was for a good half of the movie. If Transformers took itself somewhat seriously it would be a great movie. But once the initial "wow" of the fight scenes fades away all that's left is pathetic by even Hollywood standards. *edit* page 3 yo

Thats exactly what ive been trying to point out, this movie left a sour taste in my mouth. It was an abomination of a movie. I havent seen a movie this bad in a really long time. I couldnt understand what people were laughing at in the theatre, so i assumed it was just uncomfortable laughter. Very little of the movie was funny, and when the bots werent fighting the movie was unwatchable.

When Jetfire was finally revealed i actually thought it was a joke and that he would show his true form in the next scene. That was an insult to any transformers fan. JetFire from Ten Gun barrels of awesomness
to some old britsh bot with parts falling off him? WTF!! If they needed an old bot in the movie they should have use Alpha Trion
At the end of time, there will be a point when one man is alone with God

As a black man, I'm gonna choose to not be offended by those two characters. Like their voice actors said, I'm going to choose to believe that those two Autobots downloaded some poser, e-thug, 'Kevin Federline'-like data. Afterall, using Ebonics or speaking ignorantly like that is not synomamous with Black.

Im not sure if you are agreeing with me or not? JetFire looks badass in his G1, "my body is always upgrading" form, if they used that version of jetfire a nice story aspect would be to explore the history between him and starscream. | Quote, originally posted by simmode1 » | synomamous

Haha, i do hope you used that just to add humor to your post. I actually LOL'd when i read that.
After reading that i don't think anyone can deny that this movie is broken. | Quote, originally posted by PoorManQ45 » | | Dude, who didn't laugh when they showed the little dog humping the bigger one!!!!! |
Fix't And i didn't laugh, thats grade school humor. When you just learn what sex actually is and you find it funny, that kind of humor is akin to when little girls see a kissing scene in a movie and they cant help but laugh because their immaturity compels them to. They used the same jokes in the first film, it didn't work then its it worked even less this time.

synomamous is not a word. Its a set of letters pieced together that have fooled the world into believing that they are a word. This group of letters has plundered many a'brain in an attempt to take over the planet by eliminating the number zero. Their honest belief is that if they can delete zero from our brains we will be defeated, whether this is true or not is yet too be seen, as they have only deleted zero from the minds of select high ranking officers and some presidents. From what i can tell they may have infected you. When was the last time you divided by zero and what was the result? P.S Blackholes are the physical result of dividing by zero. e.g 71/0 = ǝןoɥʞɔɐןq P.P.S spuɐɥ ʎɯ uo ǝɯıʇ ɟo ʇoן ɐ ǝʌɐɥ ı

This is why... per wikipedia! link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T...cters Starscream: 1975 F-15 Eagle More Than Meets the Eye (Part 1) Killed by Galvatron in Transformers: The Movie. Turned into ghost in Starscream's Ghost and Ghost in Machine returns in The Return of Starscream. Starscream is Megatron's air commander and second-in-command, but is eager to usurp him as leader of the Decepticons. His scheming has at times cost the Decepticons decisive advantages. Among his arsenal are cluster bombs and a paralyzing null ray.

No... It's a word. From the root word 'synonym'... synonymous: Main Entry: syn·on·y·mous Pronunciation: \-məs\ Function: adjective Date: 1610 1: having the character of a synonym ; also : alike in meaning or significance 2: having the same connotations, implications, or reference <to runners, Boston is synonymous with marathon — Runners World> http://www.merriam-webster.com...ymous I did, however, misspell it. I even checked the spelling in Google before I posted it. Stupid Google... So basically, having ignorant sounding robots is not the same as having Black sounding robots. Afterall, how can one sound like a color?
