It's in the terms and conditions of the website somewhere (I swear I read it all) that runs somewhat along the lines of "this is 240sx.org and 240sx.org only". Anywho lets not all keep messin around with the name of that site so this thread wont get locked and the OP can get his welcome.Welcome

You will find that most of us here will agree with you on that..
Also, may I point you to our 240sx Forum.. dedicated solely to, you guessed it, the 240sx.. Very helpful and very nice people here.. More like a family if you ask me.. Once you get finished browsing the 240sx forum.. you will most likely end up back here in Gen Chat to discuss random topics with the rest of us.

I read everything, too. . . I read the terms and conditions, and it didn't say anywhere about 240sx.org getting changed to 240sx.org.

Funny thing I just noticed. Since z ilvia is changed to 240sx.org, it almost insults 240sx.org. By that I mean Jesda Bob (random imaginary person) goes to z ilvia.org and gets flamed. He comes here. He makes a big ole rant about z ilvia.org and says how horrible the place is and so on. Well since z ilvia is changed to 240sx, that thread then comes across as some one freaknig out about how bad 240sx.org is and what a bunch of flaming pansies they are and so on. Greg, you might want to change the filter to change z ilvia to something other than 240sx.org like maybe "that other pile of poo website". That way it won't make rants against the other board appear as rants against your own board.

Another thing.. Just to beat Chopp to the punch...
The man in the picture rockin' the Chin-Ferret would be Greg, more commonly known as Hitman, or AZHitman. He is the CEO of NICO as well as a really cool guy.. The same is true of the rest of the NICO staff as well.

Correction, It would be censorship.
BUT, I think the whole fact that NICO is owned by a private party, and not the government/public makes censorship perfectly legal.
Though, I could be wrong, about both of the above statements. It has happened before, and it happens often.

What freedom of speech thing? You do realize that Nico is a privately owned and operated enterprise NOT protected by the first admemdment and whatever Greg says, goes. So if he feels like editing every single post that imaginary person Jesda Bob made with the statement "I'm a big fat doody head", its his to do! I hate it whenever people try to bring up the "freedom of speech" crap at privately owned and operated forums. Doh.

It's just a word filter, and there is always a trick to get around it. Point is if Z ilvia is typed without the space, it turns into 240sx.org.. The end...

Hitman owns 240sx.org. Hitman does NOT own z ilvia.org. z ilvia.org when typed with NO spaces turns into 240sx.org. Hence the confusion of posts. There has been rough talk between nico and z ilva.org. 240sx.org is a subset (subforum) of nico main forums I beleive.
