SR-22 has nothing to do with motors. SR-22 is the form number of the form for PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. basically its a form that the insurance company must fill out and you must submit to the dmv. this is what happens when you get into an accident without insurance.repo man wrote:

I pay ~100 bux a month for my 89 240. I'm 21 years old and have a 20% discount on my insurance for safe driving. I have fairly minimal coverage and I think it is a 300 or 500 dollar deductable (I forget what one I chose)
damn.. what insurance company is that? i got qutoed 2400/ year with full coverage, no deductables and 1200, basic w/ comp im 19, full time college, driver saftey on a 94 240sx SE from GEICO and im a damn government employee!.
