After over 100 hours of development time and more than 8 manifold revisions our turbo kit is ready to release to the public!

Our manifold incorporates stainless 1 ¼” schedule 10 weld-els, and all stainless CNC cut flanges which are meticulously TIG welded in-house by our top notch fabricators.

The newest development in our manifold production is the incorporation of the 44mm V-band wastegate which allows you to run a minimum of 6lbs of boost with absolutely NO BOOST CREEP (on 50 trim sized turbo), so that you are able to maximize your current setup.

The Manifold is guaranteed to be free from defects for the period of two years after the purchase date.

Because of this manifold’s unique, bottom mount design it will gain you several specific benefits:

Flow through the manifold will be in the same direction as the scroll of the turbo. Lower center of gravity than top mount manifolds which is a big plus for all of the drifter/road racing/ auto-x cars that wish to go turbo.Un-matched quality and product support before during and after your turbo kit installation. As an added bonus the manifold also includes

Our turbo kit will include:Bottom mount manifold, guaranteed for 2 yearsStainless steel downpipe, with stainless steel flanges, and two O2 bungs, which will bolt up to any factory CAT or Factory style HFC / test pipe. Stainless steel dump tube, with stainless v-band flange, atmospheric dump-3 Oil feed line-8 Oil return line kit TiAL 44mm wastegate for years of reliable, gasket less, useA choice of one of two great turbos, which can be tailored specifically to your setup. All hardware, (nuts, bolts, washers), and gaskets needed for a clean installMr. Gasket Copper exhaust gasket to complete you manifold to head sealing needs.

Our special introductory price for the first 5 turbo kits will be $2995

Thought i would hop in here for Chris, That copper tubing that looks like its for brewing some wicked sauce is actually a pressure sensor to check intake/exhaust pressure ratios.

Ahhh, looked like a homebrew thermocouple there.

So, what kind of delta P are you seeing across the head with this manifold?

I just got off the horn with Ivan. We are pretty much agreement here, I tried to cheapen the price cause thats what I do. But I had the facts explained etc...then I started looking at the future for this kit. This is where EVERYONE needs to pay close attention.

There are very few places to skimp in a turbo system if you want the best. AMS has given us the chance to own the best turbo, manifold, downpipe and wastegate available on the market period. There isn't any question here, these ARE the best items available. But look...this is awsome, the AMS stuff is expensive, but hello, its the best. After the 3Gs we can buy EBAY parts for the rest. No more failed turbo center sections, no more oil issues, no more questions on which turbo is the best...this IS the kit we've been waiting for.

Don't want to piece together an EBAY kit, I'm more then positive Chris and Ivan can hook everyone up!

Or buy ebay crap and complain on here when ur parts fail...

I'm DJ WD and I got ya ALL NIGHT

Not a too bad of a price. Be nice if it was under the $2000 mark or if they included a BOV, because then piping is up to you depending on your IC. Very nice and yes it is top of the line.

*edited by THE MAN*I have no diea what I'm talking about!!!

Did I misread something or is this turbo kit does not include the turbo itself? what about intercooler and piping?

Says you can choose between two turbos, likely to be the GT32 and GT35

SWEEEEEEEEEEEETTT!!!!!!!!!!!!....I feel like angels should be singin' in the background "hallelujiah", while a bright light shines down from heaven illuminating only the turbo kit and......okay, I(like many others) have been waiting for this day for a very loooong time.

I'm gonna go ahead and jump on the "how much for just a mani and dp?" wagon.

Other questions:What if we already have a 38mm WG?The major consensus in the stickies is that a -10AN return line is a necessary minimum. Do you guys succesfully run the -8 with the GT series?

Okay I'm done....VERY F'N NICE!!!

One other question...if the introductory price is $3200, then how much is the REAL price later?

Dyno chart above is with AMS GT32 .63 A/R housing, built motor, and Stage 3 cams.

Dyno chart above is with AMS GT32 .48 A/R housing, built motor, stock s14 cams and the boost levels are 10, 15, and 21 dropping to 19-20 lbs.

More testing and further dyno charts will be posted within the next week. These are just a few of the runs that I did while tuning my car. The big dip in the 20lb line is the AEM pulling timing because the tune is not yet finished.

Full boost for the second dyno chart comes in at the following RPMS in 3rd gear on the dyno:

10psi: 295015psi: 325020psi: 3450

If you have asked another question, please be patient, I am updating all the forums as quickly as possible, while continuing to dyno tune cars here.

We hope to release the other pricing soon.

It will be available as a manifold only, and also as a full kit minus the turbocharger only.

We were using the pressure sensor to measure the backpressure in the manifold and get the boost creep under control. I have ALOT of data for it and the changes that get made.

Thanks WD,

We were afraid, and we still are a little bit that people would be very shell shocked at the price.

I REALLLY think it is worth it! If we find any processes or volume discounts we will be sure to pass it on!
