Towing?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I know Infiniti recommends you don't tow with an EX35, but let's be realistic. With a V6, surely it's plenty capable of towing...something. Has anybody actually used the EX35 to tow? If so, what was it?

I've been towing 16feet boat for last two years. about 3000 lb
In BC, temp is not that high but lots of hills. I put A/C ion all the time, but to sign of any problem.
I will post a picture soon.

What hitch do you have that you are towing 3000lb with?
What size tires are you running, and what is your tongue weight at?
