there are some work to do . maybe 90% of electrical wiring is done. battery to the trunk. some relays and msd box under dashboard.

maybe this week i wiring cluster and put the new f303 cam. engine runs again yesterday and runs very good. ( it was off since jan 1st.)

now it looks much better !! im very happy .

i wil do a little of work here, but this is all wiring on this s13 . lights, pop up lights, tail lights, all works fine.

today i install f303 cam on my engine!! i dont test car yet because car is very noisy.

engine runs very fine. now, it revs up to 6100 without problems. i put some more gas on engine and test it again.

diff its welded since 1998.

i dont have any track time yet. maybe this month or next i will go to the track.

2 step was set to 2700 because poor track conditions. car has a crapy launch. i think car can do a 12.50 with no problems in a better track.

finally i got my wideband. its a kit so i need to assembly.





this kit dont come with lcd or 7 seg display, so i need to see O2 values on laptop or datalog.

wideband done 100% .

i test yesterday at night and car is running to rich at wot. afr was 10.9 - 11.2 from 4000-6200 rpm.

i set afr to 15.0 at cruise and under 3000rpms and under 50% of load.

You must know quite a bit about electronics, not sure I would tear them apart like that, too afraid too make a mistake and destroy an investment. I'm not usually a downer, but you could have saved a lot of time by saving and doing it all at once, but you obviously have lots of time to tear down and rebuild multiple times so all and all its not that bad. Keep up the good work. DIY rules.

finally it runs better.

i went to the track and it did 12.4 on 1/4 mile. car maybe can run a little more faster but they close drag track early.

yeah, it looks ugly and i sucks with flux core welder !!

i only want some extra power in the 3rd and 4th gear. f303 cam its used with forced induction.

wastegate is set for 4psi and maybe i will run 7psi. i have a new map sensor(2 bar) for turbo setup.
