* Coming in late 2017 - headers and exhausts for 280ZXs (S130)

Hi and thanks Greg for accepting me on here and allowing me to share with you what I've been busy with since 2010 !

I'm English but living in France......this is Europe and far from Japan and far from the States but with an equally big passion for Zs.

The only trouble is that all the good parts are so far away, cost a fortune in shipping and then the customs people add their cut.....it makes fitting quality a tough decision so I decided to locally develop exhaust manifolds (headers), lines and silencers (mufflers). Since then I've increased the range, continually developed the products to evolve into (imho) top quality parts that can compete with the best of the rest.

Two down-fallings - firstly, they can't compete on price with a lot of the exhaust parts being sold via specialist websites and Ebay - if people want cheap options, they have plenty of choices in mild steel.

I chose to build in stainless steel because :

a) hey - it looks good :)
b) it lasts and remember that these parts take extreme temperatures and are exposed to everything first and always - water, salt, sand, dirt, damage....
c) not oxydising together means that the parts will always be removable for easy service access to diffs, suspension, gearboxes and replaceable* in case of road/track damage
*I stock all the parts and if I don't have them, I'll break complete kits to supply them !

Secondly, shipping them outside of Europe costs......but I don't think it costs more than if you buy those shiny parts from Japan except those are gonna cost you double mine before shipping !
On the up side, I'm no corporate seller or automatic web-sales-site : I welcome the human contact and encourage buyers to chat with me first to ensure that you're getting the right part for you and your car. I'm also a die-hard Z fan helping to run an owner's club here in France - I hopefully know what a Z needs, how it behaves (I'm on my second 240Z since 1989) - I'm not just some parts salesman !

Enough blah, blah - what am I selling ?

3x types of headers :

Full-Race - 42mm internal diameter and equal-length primary pipes leading to 2x 60mm pipes connected by a 2-1 collector and finishing with a 63mm (2.5") pipe.**
Race-Sport - 40mm it di primary pipes (the rest is as above as they share the same form.
Street-Sport - 40mm internal diameter unequal-length primary pipes leading to 2x 50mm pipes connected by a 2-1 collector and finishing with a 63mm (2.5") pipe.**

**this is the common (to all three headers) exhaust line diameter.

The exhaust line is made up of 3x parts :

intermediate silencer***
connection pipe (under the diff cross-member)
'S' pipe (around to the muffler)

***there is a 2x seater and a longer, 2+2 version.

Finally a choice between 2x mufflers :

Classic (single 2.5" outlet)
JDM (twin vertical 2" outlets)

Each header comes with all the gaskets and clamps necessary to fit.
The exhaust line is equally supplied with all straps and clamps.
The mufflers are supplied with a clamp and straps.

Throughout, the complete exhaust line from header to muffler is sold as a ready to fit kit that anyone can do without resorting to a specialist shop. V-band and T-bolt clamps ensure a great fit and a leak-free system that'll last for years and years !

Photos and current prices are attached - should you have any questions and enquiries, please don't hesitate to contact me. Because of the time differences, I might not answer immediately but I'm not 'far away' - please be patient.

I'm curently working on the 280ZX header and exhaust, downpipes to allow the fitting of my exhausts to OEM S30 and S130 manifolds and an S30 track muffler, reducing the dBs to combat those evermore stringent noise-level tests without reducing performance.

Sean, I fixed that post. You're using the wrong URL for your pics. R-click the picture, copy URL, and use that. You can't link to a gallery page or a list of pics.

Hope that helps!
