I am living in Paraguay and I have an ZNA Model Rich, 4x4, Pickup with the Nissan diesel engine OD32T.
ZNA is an jointventure of Nissan and Dong Feng. This truck is a chinese build Nissan and is based on the Nissan Frontier/Navara.
After 3 years I've got trouble with the manual gearbox. It sounds like a honey bee and the synchronous rings are moving noisy during shifting.
I tried changing the oil of the gearbox using different viscosities. Only the level of the noise changed.
Because the garages in Paraguay do not have good skills and very bad tools, I need to repair myself.
The intermediate gearbox (electrical switching for 2x4, 4x4H, 4x4L drive) is made by Borg Warner. That's all what I know. No identifcation in english at the transmission gearbox, only in chinese.
Neither a manual for this truck.
I wrote to ZNA in China, but no answer at all.
I would kindly ask this comunity if any one can give me a service manual for this gearbox or any other help.
