I tried this stuff YEARS ago - got the whole kit on sale or whatever at the local auto parts store. I "felt" like it cleaned up some stuff.

However, there are better things to do for that price range:- Seafoam treatment (google/search on nico for it).

I did that treatment too, and it "felt" like it did a better job.

If you are looking for something that will fix all your problems on your car: no, you can't get that in a bottle.

If you have some weird quirks in your car & maybe think there's some sludge/gunk build up in the engine - try the seafoam.

Seafoam is a cleaner.

Zmax is more a preventitive. It goes into hte metal to protect it better.

They have tow totaly differant uses.

Zmax would be like Slick50 or other such products.

SeaFoam is the s***. I put one through my vacum lines and a can through the gas tank. Just be prepared for the smoke show.

Ya seafoam is good stuff. put it in a vac line and it cleans all the carbon buildup. it makes a nice cloud of smoke too. I didn't really "feel" it but my idle was a little smoother.
