I posted this on another forum, but I'll repeat it here.

All I have to say is excellent service and communication.

Ordered some of his SS dress up engine bay bolts last week and the package came in yesterday. Was excited and opened her up to find out its not all I ordered. Contacted him and within a few hours had the corrected order in the mail. Now I have an extra SS timing belt cover bolt kit to give to a local z owner. I'm a happy camper, thanks Chris.

Everyone should buy a kit from him if not already. Very nice item for the price, especially you US residents.

^^^Although I generally feel similarly when orders aren't correct, I do give leeway for an excellent response and fulfillment of the order. There is another VERY popular Z32 vendor who is in this category with me- I will do business with them again despite some issues that were taken care of with their products via AMAZING customer service.

Additionally I have bought several of Zinister's items and can't be happier, and my two orders were perfect and arrived very quickly and well packaged.
I give him extra high marks for the separately bagged items, with professional tags listing their uses...and for also being easily communicated with back and forth when I forgot to include some info on my first order.
