If you have a manual, do it, if your buddy is actually credible with putting that sort of thing together, as those systems usually require modification to the intake manifold and throttle body. Your engine is a bit more manageable bc it's a 2.5, so you have more room to work.

If you have a CVT, I would spend your money elsewhere, as these systems are usually set up to trigger nitrous delivery at WOT, so anytime you plug it, you spray, and the power gains possible with this will create problems for your transmission at some point - it's just a matter of when. The CVT is ok with a few bolt on mods, but FI and N20 are just not good ideas with this thing yet - it just can't handle that much of a dramatic power increase.

He said the wet nitrous would be better then a dry shot and i could start off on a little shot, and the nitrous would kick in when i floored it. still no good though? I plan on getting the SpectrumSE exhaust and tunner soon but was looking for a couple more ponies. I love my car but ive been considering on upgrading to a G37, Nismo Z or STI but not too sure if i should just wait to newer models come out.

Yeah man... the CVT just wouldn't be able to handle it.

If you're wanting much bigger power, wait and trade for something with a manual transmission. The G37 coupe should be getting a refresh for a 2012 or 2013 model, and I wouldn't spend the cheese on a NISMO 370z... just go for a regular 370z with the sport package and tune from there. The extra 10gs isn't worth it unless you just want the whole collector's edition thing. The STi is the most practical of the bunch, so if you like the backseat of your AC and want a little trunk space, the STi is a good one to go with. Especially since you can really get some power out of those, and finding a stick is not a problem at all compared to trying to get an AC in a stick.. UGH.

Anyway man... the AC is a super fun car that can support some bolt on mods, but you can't get too crazy with it cause it's not really designed for all that. But, it is a lot of fun to dress up and add a couple parts too, which is what I'm doing. Plus it's a sexy car... so it all comes down to what you want!

Mmmm wise words! Yeah ive had fun dressing her up but i cant put much under there plus its not stick:/. Is the 37s worht the money over the regular one with mods and etc. I think the STi would be sick, under the hood and dressed up but Idk, I like how the 37 looks on the inside, luxury.

Definitely go with the G37S if you can. Those are predominantly available in a 6MT, plus they come with the 19" wheels and an LSD. LSD is a MUST for performance. So you'll have a better foundation laid out for you there.

I almost bought an 08 G37S used back when I bought my 08 Altima, but decided against it bc they are a lot more costly to maintain than the AC. Tires are $$$ and you only get on avg about 15000 miles out of a set. If you do a lot of driving, get ready to pay for tires! Plus, you'll have to do differential fluid changes every now and then, especially if you run her hard on the track. Everything in general is more expensive, so just keep in mind it's not all about the monthly payments with this car - the proper care also costs a good bit more.

But dude... that car is just pure s3x anyway. So if you can do it... get it and throw some pics up on here!

I agree with some of the post here. Nitorus can be installed on the stock CVT and depending on what size tips you get, will determine the HP laid down. For instance, a 75hp tip would be a good setup so long that you also install an additional cooler for the transmission. I wouldn't recommend going any higher than 75HP unless you do a transmission swap. Also, nitrous systems have become a lot more sophisticated over the last few years although the basic components stayed the same. If you were to go with one, be sure to take the extra precautions so you don't blow your motor. Along with the NO2 kit, I'd also get a fuel pressure cut off switch, a window switch that will only let you spray between a certain RPM (4500rpm - 62000rpm) as well as good wideband so you can see the A/F mix.
