ZEX Dry shot on ka24de??

Got a free zex dry system with a 75 shot that a buddy gave me and have t'd in the fuel regulator on the vacuum line and t'd the intake connection on the back side of the intake manifold but I can not feel a change of power?? I have it set to hit at full throttle and it is spraying but turned the spray off during a run and notice no difference? I'm guessing the problem lies on my intake and fuel regulator connection. Any help or pics would be a great help.
