found this on another forum, made me sad, Pete Brock was able to get 150 hp at the wheel from the stock motors back in the 60's and some bonehead put a 130 chp ford motor in!? WTF!? thats just wrong, a waste of a perfectly good chassis if you ask me, I'm all for swaps when you gain something, zetec FTLhttp://www.datsunroadsters.com/zetec/

kinda got to agree.

the only benefits I can see are the ease of availibility...probably a cheap buy...relatively reliable engine...large aftermarket...cheap parts.

if I'm putting a Ford motor in one though, I'm gonna try to jam a 302 in it.

Nissan/Datsun motors belong in Nissans and Datsuns. Wtf is wrong with people?

Hell if they had to use a zetec...use one like mine

I'd like to see one with an SR20VE...that'd be pretty badass.
