Hi there, Quick question.. Is there an option with ZeroPost to automatically send a notification email for replied to posts(that the user has started(aka me)). In the old VBulletin, I would get an email when someone has posted a response to a thread I started. Also(IIRC), it would notify me if someone replied to a response I had made(ie they clicked the reply buttong by my name in a thread -- directed at me).

I checked the user CP quickly, but did not see any such option. Closest thing was to automatically add threads to my 'Recent Topics.

...hope that made sense... zzz...

Reason I ask is probably obvious - I miss replies untill the thread is already on it's way out.

Thanks for reading... plz move to ZeroPost test if thats a more appropriatep place(didn't see the feedback forum anymore)...

Oh, and rather than wasting a new post, I'll just ask here - has there ever been consideration for a 24/7 chat room here. Wouldn't have to have one for every forum, but one or two would be nice. Or is this just asking for trouble? Once apon a time chatting on the internet used to be enjoyable.

Ok, I'm done.

Hmm,

Everyonce in a ahwile Driftfactory ( a NICO sponsor) hosts a chat on wednesdays.

I'll get back to you on the other stuff.

In the User CP, on the left, second from the bottom, there is a link that says "Email Notifications". If you click that, you can choose what forums you'd like to be notified by email about replies in. Not as good as the VB one, but its better than nothing. I've heard a lot of people saying it doesn't work properly, though

Also, when you are replying/initially starting a thread, there is a set of check boxes along the right of the reply box...>>>>One of these says "Email me all replies to this topic."Again, not as good as the old one, since it could fill up an email box quicly, but it's something.

I get NO emails from anywhere I ask to notified about.
