i received mine from them two weeks ago. it took them longer than they told me it would, to ship out, but the engine looks clean. the guys at the shop aren't very good at getting shipments out on time. i'm dropping it in tonight so we'll see if it runs...

well seeing as the weekends aren't considered business days, and this being a holiday week i can understand why your shipment has taken this long

Apologies for having taken a while regarding the engine. After having spoken with the owner, there was an issue with your engine in particular, a replacement is being sent straight to you from our out of state warehouse. Once again, apologies for the delay. As i toldyou before, you would be supplied with a tracking numberonce i recieve it.Please give us a call on Monday 513-874-2508 if you have any further questions.

Thanks,Robert

I'm not saying it hasn't been too long, but on the 7th you stated "last Friday", which makes it more like 3 weeks, not a month and a half?!?!

Did you try calling their shop? Have they not responded to your emails/phone calls?

FWIW, They have a good rep here in the greater Cincy area, though I've never done any business with them.

yeah they are terrible about calling you back w/tracking numbers. it took me like 5 straight days of calling them to finally get it. kind of a pain in the *** but the motor runs great, so i'm not complaining. at least you know they're testing your engine before they send it out.

hahaha there a bunch of Bullshi**ers, they gave 2 of my friends the run around when they ordered there motors, they ended up coming straight from Engineland in Canada both times, they dont usually stock them from what i have seen, u can actually just call engineland personally and order from them, $1950 shipped to Indiana last time i checked...

there # is 1-877-965-0888, just call and ask them if they have or will be shipping a motor to your zipcode

My check cleared 2 weeks ago.. was told the motorset was supposed to be delivered yesterday at the latest. My car is waiting at the shop and the motorset has yet to be shipped out..

I may lose the sale of my KA engine thanks to this, since it can't be pulled until the new one arrives.

I'm still hoping that when he said it would have "EVERYTHING" that this will still be true..

I can understand when a company gets busy, but to not notify the customer about the delay is bad. Plus, no one else there seemed to know anything about the sale except Mike.

Will update down the road.

I continue to call and send AIM's but I have not once received a call or AIM in return. All I want is an honest answer what's happening and I can't even get that. None of the other employees say they can look at what's going on because the info is all on Mike's computer.

Not only that, Mike was too busy to talk to me today because he was putting together a new quote for someone else. Am I wrong to think that's messed up?

If I don't have that tracking number today, something needs to be done. This type of activity and they are a NICO sponsor?

relax guys, I live in Cincy area, I was just up the a few days ago. The place is very well in business. They are doing some kind of reconstruction in their place. If it's seems like Mike is the only guy that knows anything, it's because he is the owner.

so you're saying that over a couple thousand dollars doesn't deserve a 2 minutes phone call or even a text message?

well, if you stop by again soon, tell him that the guy that's called 100 times for a tracking # is still looking for it.

I'm curious what the issue with his motor was Robert...what wound up happening a week after you told him it was shipped? i want to make sure the same thing isn't happening to mine.

Its too bad people can't be upfront at time of sale about the condition/stock of the engine.

Let's hope that yours arrives in the same good condition that others have received theirs in.

I need NICO's help
