Zeroes or O's in my VIN?

Do vin's on 240's contain both zero's and o's? or one or the other?

i tried to look real close but couldn't tell a difference between any of them.

There are no I's or O's in a VIN, only 1's and 0's

There are also no Qs in a VIN FYI.
