Figured id start a build thread for those that would like to follow.

As some of you know, i just got this 1995 S14, Ive been lookin for an s14 for so long, and was soo stoked when i finally got one.

Specs upon purchase :-Megan track coils-godspeed swaybars-ugly a$$ wheels-J30 diff-Ebay strut bars

First day i got it .. looked like a bald old person car ..Im not a fan of the wheels, and plan to change, but not sure of what i want yet.

Im tired of hearing this exhaust rattle all over the place . !!

The interior drove me nuts, i had to do something fast.

_________________________________________________________________________=================================================================

First mods :

-SE lip-grill modified-Interior sprucing

The lip and grill modification made a world of a difference !

Made my famous padded cup holder arm rest (check sig for details) for myself.

Made a shift boot, and scored an e-brake boot from the junk yard from a maxima. Also sprayed the center counsel with gunmetal wheel paint.Ahhhhh, much better.

_____________________________________________________________======================================================

Next up, i bought a Navan spoiler to start the kit off, i should have the rest of it, or atleast the skirts by end of febuary.

_____________________________________________________________======================================================

Traded the ugly no name 17s for some sweet BBS ....15s but hey, they look better.

- Painted Center tail light.- Custom Header back + DC sport header

B&M short throw, cut down an inch, and Mitsubishi Eclipse knob.

Next up !

-NAVAN skirts [waiting for container from jdm land]-wheels [still not sure]

Done So Far :

- DCsports Header- ST Tension rod bushings inserts- ST Front lower control arm inserts- B&M short throw, cut down an inch- Navan Spoiler- Painted Center tail light black- Custom header back exhaust 2.5 with Dynomax turbo muffler (sucks, too high pitched)- Modified Grill- BBS wheels- Custom Padded cup holder arm rest- ES rear subframe bushings (pineapple)

looks real clean!

so how did you get this car? it seems like you're going thru cars every week. wonder how long this one wil last?

also i hope you're going to repaint the car if you decide to hold onto it...that gold color is the worst, along with burgendy and the green.

So you can say, i bought this for $600.

they are stiff, but i havent been in the megan streets, my previous coilovers were Tein superdrift, these are abit more gentle on the softest setting, im happy with them, but then again, i may not know any better .Hope that helps lol

i really like what you did with the grille

i also thought it was ugly as hell cuz it was too much going on in one area so i just took it off and i think it looks better with it off, but it looks like its missing somthing now

i might try what you did and paint it black... brief write up on how you did it?

All i had to work with was an angle grinder lol, It would have been nice to have a dremel tool, but basically, just flip it over and you will see where you need to cut to make it look good, or you can use my pics as a reference. after you get it cut, you can finalize it with 120grit sandpaper to take it down to smooth, or remove a little more as needed to even things out .
