Current setup is T3/T40E .60 Compressor / .48 Turbine. Stage III wheel and 50 trim. JWT 72lbs ECU, Deatshwerks 740cc injectors, SAFCII.

I finally got the HKS racing bypass valve installed and recirulated last week. Now I am able to drive the car around with out stalling everytime I stop. This weekend I installed my electronic boost signal and connected it to the Zeitronix wideband. I made 5 test runs and recorded each one making necessary adjustments on the SAFCII. My goal was to get the AFR`s from 10:3 to around 12:1. Looking at the data everything looks fine to me except for the lean spike when I let my foot of the pedal.

Now if you look at the image I posted I show that 4448 RPM`s I am making 11.70 psi of boost. Shouldn`t I be making that at 3k rpm`s? Does anybody else have and Zeitronix recorded data I could look at?

If anybody is interested I have 5 datalogs that you can look at with free Zeitronix software. There is a link on this page to download it will allow you to look at any rpm and see the value on the right side. Very small program and easy to use. http://www.zeitronix.com/Products/zt2/zt2.htm

Nice Bobby! That graph is really hard to read though. I can sorta make out what the labels for the different colors are, but I cant see any units on the lines to show me where 4448 RPM is vs 3000 RPM. Am I missing something?

EDIT: Oh oh I get it, those values are all displayed for where that white line is. Hmm, your boost curve still looks pretty good, despite the fact that you're making max boost a LITTLE late.

Those lean spikes look to be a little bit farther to the right than they should be, like they're actually covering some of your boosting period rather than just in between shifts... Is it possible you're running lean in the 2000-4000 RPM / mid load range?

isnt that after a shift at redline from the previous gear just putting you at a high rpm in the next gear, looks like you ran 2nd thru 4th right.

looks good... makes me want to get a map sensor for my zeitronix now, haha.

You know you can turn off those extra readouts like EGT and user input right? would add a little more clarity to the other readouts since they get bigger with less of them on the screen. The lean spikes are normal for lift-off... the slight overlap between TPS going high and AFR dropping could just be the lag from the engine to where your sensor is... looks fine to me

You are right the white bar tells you at that specific point in the graph what the values are.

The problem I have with the full boost at 4448 rpms is this is a .48 ar turbine. Everybody else gets full boost with .63 ar turbine around 3.7k.So I am wondering if something is setup wrong.

Yea that dam sensor is 109 bucks plus shipping but it really helps to have it on the graph when you are tuning. Thanks for pointing that out I forgot to go to the setup screen and eliminate the uneeded values. I will get home late tonight so I will try to repost without all the unused values.

When you first turn the car on it Displays http://WWW.ZEITRONIX.COM and then waite 30 seconds for the sensor to heat up and then it starts displaying data. I am not sure what it displays with key on motor off. I will try and remember to check to see what it displays.

Wow I thought 109 was expensive I guess I got a good deal!
