Zeitronix WB Question (I feel dumb for asking)

So I got my ZX-2 today and in reading the directions it says to mount the O2 sensor 16 inches past the turbo but before the Cat (also it says that it should be mounted verticaly so the wires point up.) Zexitronx says this is because of the heat, but my problem is that my down pipe is only 14 inches long and it runs stright into the Cat so there is no place to mount it verticaly. I had hoped to have it mounted permantly not just for tuning as I will be ditching my boost gauge and using there boost meter. I'm running the greddy turbo kit in my car witch so far is unmodifed. If anyone is running the greddy kit or has an Idea on how I could mount this it would be a great helpPeace,Pat
