Zerolift: I made an order from Zerolift on July 30 for a motor and an intercooler which they said would ship in a few days. They sounded good on the phone and their web site is slick so I imagined good service and follow-up. How wrong I was! Once they had my money ($2720) it was extremely hard to contact them. After a week I got Robert on the line and he said the motor did not ship yet but would go out in two days. I was content for almost a week but then started calling twice a day for the next ten days and never got through. Emails were ignored. Phone messages were ignored. I felt betrayed. Finally I cancelled the order by email since nobody would answer the phone. Enough said - very unprofessional - stay away! (I just saw they have an "F" at the Better Business Bureau!

If I recall you're not the first person on this forum to have problems with them. Always check the BBB rating BEFORE you send someone money.
