For all of those who have a loose and rattling window because your window roller is borke or unscrewed, i figured out a way to replace the window roller kit(as a whole, like the one from http://www.z1motorsports.com/product_in ... ts_id=4398) without removing the window or tearing the door apart completely.
Although it was a complete pain to do it was still better for me than taking it to someone and paying them to do it and take all day. The kit comes together, so just screw apart the roller and plates.
I started with lowering the window completely and then started taking off the door panel as usual. My roller was stuck down at the bottom of the track so i found the two bolts that hold the track in place, at the top of the door there is the black plastic that the roller kit is supposed to go through, peel that back and grab the track.
After pulling the track out of the door, take the old roller out and put the new one in, i stuck it at the top because to put it all back together you have to roll the window back up and line them up. To get the button and backing piece out of the window i honestly do not know how to get that out, my screw was in good shape so i left it in there, it looks you need a pair of curved snap ring pliers to hold the backing, and then take a good pair of pliers to grab the button and twist.
Then screw the track back in place with the roller in place at the top of the track, snap the black plastic cover back into place, the end of the roller should be sticking through the rubber flaps, now roll the window back up, the higher the window the further you can pull it back from the door(the window won't break, if it would i would've done it, i was pushing them apart pretty hard). When you line them up, the screw from the window and the roller inside the track then you should find a pair of thin pliers, i used needle nose pliers, take the pliers and turn the roller onto the screw. even screwed all the way onto the screw i could still get the pliers in there so you will always have room to get the pliers in.
Make sure the window rolls up and down and make sure that it stay shut at the top like it should. That should be it, just put everything back together and your done.
I can't seem to upload the pictures i took during the process to show which bolts hold the track in place and how to pull the plastic cover off. but really just looking at it shouldn't be all that hard to see which ones are which. Hopefully this helps some people out, i know i've tried finding instructions cause i acutally did this today, only took about 30 minutes at the most, trying to figure everything out of course.
