z32 will not start

So this car has a new efi wire harness, new ptu, new fuel filter and pump and the car still will not start. The car turns over but will not start, compression and voltage are within specs, ecu has been recently replaced but cylinder 4 and 5 will not spark. If any one can give me any ideas it will be much appreciated. :confused:

Was the new harness part of the troubleshooting process?

Are you sure all the grounds are properly connected? Is there any way to get a CAS to troubleshoot?
